Twitch Drop "Temporal Lords Portal" not shown in the cosmetics tab in game

Is it possible to use the Temporal Lords Portal in the early access version of the game? I have access to all other twitch drops but not the portal i successfully redeamed.

I have the same issue, I have the portal successfully received in twitch rewards list, but it doesn't appear in poe1 or poe2 one day later... I received the previous switch reward "halo of the righteous"

iv just checked i got mine, best thing to do is collect from the Twitch drops once you have recieved it, then wait afew min try resetting your game then check portals hopefully it loads up

It’s very much usable, be sure to check your account > manage account > twitch rewards page to confirm. It seems to speed the process up for whatever reason.

it shows i watched enough on twitch and has a check mark, my manage acct on the website shows its there w a check, but on twitches drop inventory website the portal is also greyed out and its not in my inventory in game at all

it's been two days and I still don't have the portal...

I had this same issue. I fixed it by logging into my Poe account. Then went to my account, manage account, view twitch awards. After I did that I literally watched it show up on screen in game in the cosmetics tab.👍
