Ranger Quiver bug

The moment i make a quiver rare it says "You cannot use this item. Its stats will be ignored" yes i have a bow on and im currently level 25 whereas the quiver requires level 11. Help?

Do you have the requirements to equip it with your bow ?
What skill are you using in your bow and does it match the required notes (str/dex/int) This might be a thing why your quiver doesn't function. |
