PoE 2 - CAN'T PICK UP THE HAMMER OF KAMASA

Same happened to me. I wasn't able to move, use skills, or port to Ziggurat. I had to join a random party, port to them, and then back.
I used Leap Slam near the edge to get back down and get the hammer. |

I killed him and was unable to move or use any ability. Logged out to character selection and back in and could move around again and get the hammer.

Use the Lever to activate the lift just like you did to fight the boss. I was able to go back down.

Hello i killed Mektul 4 times in a row but never get the hammer drop what can i do ? i tried to reset the map (4 times) tried to go back in the arena ... Nothing work help me pls
