Since the author isn’t replying anymore :D, I’m sharing the build I’ve been working on. It’s a medium-budget version that can comfortably handle T16–T17 maps — with the proper care, of course. The build still occasionally suffers from a few random self-kills, and to get it running you need to disable one aura and then re-enable it once the loop has started.
P.S. You can use Purity of Elements for ailment immunity, but for now I prefer Haste.

Thanks for replying, that version looks good! Only things I might change is picking up the leech mastery for 25% recoup and getting the recovery mastery for recoup occurring over 3 instead of 4 seconds. Both those should help fix self-kill problems.
