Why is the timeless jewel needed in the skill tree at level 96 in the specific place shown in the PoB?

there are 3 ways to deal with stun:
- soul of the brineking pantheon
- 2 abyss jewels with stun avoid + flask suffix with stun avoid = 100% stun avoid
- immutable force jewel, ideally combined with bloodnotch

the timeless jewel at that specific place has the most notables.
since you got intimidate on your gloves you need the following stats atleast:
- 5% chance to gain endurance charge on kill
- melee attacks grant 1 rage on hit
other very good stats to fish for are 20 str, double damage, increased life.
