Keep in mind that taste of hate also has the 20% less cold damage taken implicit that get scaled by flask effect so the max damage you can take over 4 sec is a bit higher

will it work with strike skills with trauma support? I want to make a molten strike with trauma.

Agnostic would not brick the build but it would not do much because the server is overloaded already by the recoup. In order to have your mana regen and not instantly lose mana you need to be attacking but if you are attacking you would all ready have your regen from recoup. It would work for the 4 seconds afterwards but for the recoup you need to get to maintain the same level of mana sustain lost for agnostic it is no worth it. Also its on the other side of the tree.
