Sir its not the uptime itself of the life flask..its just i cant used my life flask at all.. so my energy shield is not recovering at all. I can only use it whenever a monster damage me.

Well that's strange because your flask looks totally normal and shouldn't have an issue like that... could it be the spell damage during flask effect mod on your belt? Can you try taking it off and see if there's any difference?

Your Eternal Struggle has T5 exarch mod, so exarch is not dominant, you are missing culling strike.

Also your flasks uptime is not ideal. Prioritize flask duration and flask charge gained instead of life recovery from flasks on your belt.

Eventually you will want to fix your resists but since Bismuth flask is so easy to sustain, it is an easy band-aid to the build.

Yeah unfortunately. This build route solves survivability via life recovery fro flasks, and not having life flask up is basically equal to an RF jugg doing no regen map. If you want less reliability on your flasks consider trading some damage to get more defenses.


Ty for your reply, so if we are relying on the regen is there any ways i could take to avoid one shots? im on t16s but seem to still get oneshot fairly often with 35k ish armour

Common cause for getting one-shot:

1. Monsters have extra physical damage as another element mod

These are the most frequent reason you die, and to solve it you can bring resistance flasks (ruby, sapphire, topaz) to reduce around 40% of damage taken from elemental damage

2. Monster have high critical strike chance and multiplier

If your build cannot consistently one-shot the monsters you should pick the poison mastery "poisoned enemies cannot crit", and get around 25% chance to poison while pathing to it. That would improve your survivability.

3. Eldritch Altars gutting your resistances and flask effects

There are several exarch altars that could possibly make you vulnerable to damage - fire penetration, less flask effect, player lose flask charges when hit. Avoid these if you do not want to die.

I overcap my resistances by a lot to allow myself to pick those -80% resist altars, but you can simply avoid these too.

4. Monsters really just one-shot you without reasons

If this happens then you can only try to increase your eHP. Get yourself to over 1800 unreserved life, and try to get 50k armour. In our setup, every +100 life is basically increasing effective hit point by at least 300 (without progenesis), so don't hesitate to get more life even if the numbers look underwhelming.

Would it be safe to assume that the bow variant would technically be more damage since we wouldn't be stacking the extra 15% loss of totem life with double 300% explode nodes in lieu of a single 600% node?

I don't know that the extra minion dmg modifier from a second weapon would account for the loss of totem life.
Hello, I was wondering if its feasible to make a budget version of this setup? I was trying to look for a explode totem build guide and this looks like the best one so far.
I feel like my regen is not as it should be, and the damage seems different as well maybe it's related to my hubris only having 2 of the damage notables.


Can eat Uber Shaper beam but everything else will one shot me but in your video for uber shaper it's able to sustain, can you check out my pob maybe something is off?

I have 25% Chance to Summon + 40% on weaps.
Totem master +30%.

It seems that it only spawns 1 Totem while running Multiple Totems summon 3x.

Am i missing something or i do need above 100% chance to summon Totems +2?
