The terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server.

It's happening when I'm in the tunnels in act 9 trying to access the quarry. I've tried starting new instances and that doesn't fix it.

I might have just found a fix..
I had a full 8/8 sanctum saved up and I ran one in the tunnels and then I was able to access the quarry. |

For me it's happening when I'm trying to go to the area in act 10 that was previously blocked by Kitava's horns from The ravaged square.
