[3.27] Ice Dancing God - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Another idea for leveling gear: a Darkness Enthroned Stygian Vise with 2 abyss jewels with +cold damage to spells (and whatever else you can find.)

You can use them at level 24, and they'll serve you well until you get the %int belt.

Probably unlikely to find them on days 1 or 2 though, but if you're starting a few days late, go check them out. Easy enough to leave a search up on trade.

Can all uniques be Foulborn?
Not all uniques can be Foulborn, the list of uniques that can be is still ongoing however there will be more than one hundred. Uniques that come from specific sources, such as boss uniques cannot be Foulborn.

Odds of a Foulborn staff don’t sound good. Only about 10-15% of eligible uniques will have Foulborn variants, and it’s likely that we’re way too niche to make the cut.

How many Spectral Tigers can you have and how much Critical Chance, Attack and Cast Speed do they give?
You can have up to 5 of them and each of them grants 25% Increased Critical Chance, 7% Increased Attack Speed and 7% Increased Cast Speed.

We have so much crit chance that even a 125% increase seems not worth giving up the burfed/nuffed One Step Ahead. I guess we could free up some passives points that get us all that crit chance, but we’re still giving up One Step Ahead.

It's Wednesday, and PoB is still not updated :(

I guess coding all those new Bloodline classes is a lot of work. But could they at least update the base tree and the Ascendancy changes? We may have to start with a 3.26 tree.

9 Bloodlines have been revealed so far. Either the 10th one is taking longer than expected, or there are only 9 (and "10" in the patch notes is wrong). I don't see anything better than the 3rd ring at the price of slow mitigation (One Step Ahead) and utility flasks. We can still use the Writhing Jar, Divination Distillate and mana flasks. Sadly, non-utility flasks cannot be Instilled to auto-trigger. Losing some QoL there.

But the 3rd ring is huge. We are looking at 25% MORE damage just from a 1-mod flat Int craft. Even more from 2-mods (+Int and +Attr). Plus extra ES from all that Int. Raw power from Int stacking was more than enough to roflstomp everything in the Phrecia league even without the Trickster ascendancy.

The JSON just dropped a couple hours ago. I expect POB to be updated soon.

The 10th Bloodline is, as expected, Breach. None of the nodes are good for us.

Yep, pretty much why I don't use PoB anymore. Was fine during PoE2 launch when we didn't have it and will be fine not using it from here on out in PoE1.

Sadly these do nothing for us, not even Tul.

Have the Foulborn uniques been data-mined?
So...what is the plan? This should still be absolutely viable right?

I did not play Mercenaries, but did during Settlers beforehand (almost all 6 months of it).

Should I follow the guide for 3.26? This is my go-to build, and sometimes ends up being what I play all league. Sometimes, I find something else but it's rare.

I have never not used PoB, though the path is almost always nearby the same. I have saves from the last few leagues I played.
3.27 PoB is up in case you want to experiment.
