I'm currently using your build at the moment and was wondering what the point of lifetap is - doesn't Desecrate and Bone Offering affect only minions?

Edit: Also I'm currently level 67 at the moment and don't have the large cluster jewel, Elegant Hubris etc. Do I just simply save all of my points until then and focus on gear?
