well ... sorry again but in your pobs (endgame and the ++endgame) you didn't pick any suppress spell nodes in tree and you are at 103% cap.

So with actually rolls (2x-10% suppress on gear) and yours actuals tree it will be 83% cap (with Quartz infusion)

Cmon man, don't need to blindly copy paste at least my builds. Move some points from somewhere/take extra suppress on items which didnt have it early, maybe time to move further and take Forbidden flame & flesh jewels for Raider's quartz infusion and 40% suppress.

When we are looking for a build on the forum; with a 3.19 tag we expect to get a proper upgraded PoB.
As I don't know in depth your build, I didn't feel comfy enough to modified your tree... and if it's so simple, why don't you link upgraded 3.19 tree by yourself ...

Because i can't know each player gear and amount of stats they have maybe?
Please don't wase my time by trying to compromise build without even trying to play it as i see in ur profile.

We are not going to argue as two on the forum

but

your pob's spell suppress are caped with old max rolls

why don't you put actuals max rolls on boots and shield, and an other one on chest...

It will maybe prevent some players (as i did) to buy a chest for nothing.

Whats your thoughts on the Beacon of Madness boots? Just added them into PoB with the 40% increase Chaos Damage mod and it adds quite a chunk of dmg

Hello! Thank you for the awesome build. It has carry me through most content this league. While I was min maxing my DPS is pob, I found out that the "Increased damage taken for mobs" have different wither values. For example mine is "6% per wither stack", your lvl 95 pob is "9% per wither stack" while the lvl 100 one has 8%.
I wonder what causes this difference?

About the brutal restraint... How to get one? I can buy any kind on PoE trade or do I need to look for a specific one?
