I am confused that all the gear is evasion gear but then we are using determination. Is there a reason for this?

Getting into maps and really just working on survivability. Feel I way over damaging everything but can for sure still die.

Just happened to be what I got. Armor or Armor/ES gear is best.

ARC just flat out bad to use atm? I've looked at this build so many times, but would much prefer to use arc if possible. I don't plan on any uber kills, just Pinnacle Atlas Bosses.

With like 20 Div into gear, you can do non-ubers with Arc just fine. It'll still be at least x3 DPS doing it as LC, but you can do it.

If you're talking just using 1c rares? Nope.

That said, last time I played this before LC came out, I just did Arc for maps, and swapped to Crackling Lance for Atlas Bosses. So you can do the same, or swap to LC, for bosses.

In regards to this build? Slightly buffed.

In general, I still don't know what I'll start with, there's too many cool Transgems to try and see.

Anyone playing this league, look into Replica Heatshiver as an option instead of 3 Dragons.

It should be enough to permafreeze, and it's more DPS.

Doesn't look like any of the Trangems is more DPS, but there's certainly a lot more viable options, so try them :)

You can play around with Ralakesh (Boots) + Arn's Anguish (Belt) to get triple damage and Endurance Charges at the same time.

One more note for 3.23:

Storm Brand of Indecision - best skill in the game <3

You can also play around with Lightning Conduit of the Heavens and see how you like it.

Either works for this build.
