Hello, trying this build but I cant understand what is the point of getting rampart node. How did you apply fortification on yourself in this build? I just cant get it :) ty.

I'm doing this build this league, put around 40 ex in it, it's great, does all the content. I only have ~1300 dex but I'm working on getting better gear :)

what would be the minimum budget to start this build? Want to transition into this from a shockwave cyclone, that uses almost the same gems...
