You can use the same starting tree (no cluster jewels) for all builds :)

You just need to respec when you start using cluster jewels. If you look at the POB, you can find "Minion Army tree (no clusters)" and then "Level 84 (one cluster)".

You get 20 respec points from the Acts. Should be enough :)

I think the main difference is my build uses skitterbots instead of zealotry?

If you can get Ashes with a good mana reserve mod, then you can use Zealotry instead. It will give more DPS.

Also gem link choice? I see people use Volley, but I think the coverage is bad because it shoots in straight lines. I recommend LMP instead (or AGMP).

You can anoint Breathstealer and it give some interesting buffs when you kill rare monsters. The mods are stuck in one place, so it's not that useful for fast mapping. But it's good for content like Sim because you don't move around too much.

I use Vixens in my builds because double/triple cursing can help a lot for DPS or defense.

On my golemancer, I haven't lost a zombie since I got this gem. Lost my elemental immune carrion golems a few times, but support zombies were always full HP in the middle of packs.

I don't think phantasms are that good, because your support minions need to do the killing, or hit a rare/unique. Summoning a bunch of skeletons manually might be a bit more reliable, if the healing is still triggered when replacing the skeletons.

I have Anomalous FF in the build guide, so I think some people still have problems even they use it...? Not sure :\

I'm using phantasms with golems atm and it seems to work well actually. I usually have 11 phantasms all the time.

Fleshcrafter + Mask will actually make your AG pretty tanky :) Just don't give it extra chaos res.

20% base = 40% life as ES.

My AG has 100k life, so it has 40k ES and 60k life. I also give it 10% ES on body armour. So totaly ES = 50k.

Mask give 1% regen per 500 ES, so my AG has 100% life regen.


*AG in +3 helmet and Minion Life mod.

thanks for the details! turns out im dumb and didnt realize how expensive that hat is, so ill be passing on it for the moment! but is there any way to get POB to give numbers? looking at it apparently my ag will have something like 60k life and 500 es? which just cant be right bc fleshcrafter

Animate Guardian: Classic items with some changes.
Kingmaker
Garb of the ephermal
Boots with brittle implicit on them for 4 seconds they move.
Gloves with unnerve implicit or explicit, you can grab 55% chance implicit ones with some resists on them.
Helmet with nearby enemies takes increased elemental damage mode.

Be absolutely sure that your AG is level 20, I pick a "minions gain %5 life on minion death" mastery to make sure our supporting minions survive hard situations, be sure to pick up that mastery too.

Yes you can use FAS! The DPS is lower though :( They have 0% crit chance. In my POB Hyrri has 1.2M and FAS has 900k.

Swap Ele Damage, Vicious Proj -> Spell Echo, Controlled Dest.

Yeah, it's good. DPS focus.

I focus more on survivability so I used bleed immunity gear on my AG because bleed/corrupted blood can kill AG easily (that's why people say don't use AG vs Sirus)

It's not supported in POB, so you can add this in custom modifiers:

#ES calculation for AG with flesh crafter (20% chaos res)
Minions gain 40% of life as extra maximum energy shield

That will just tell you how much ES, and you need to calculated the rest yourself.
