Jesus that was the longest list of nerfs in patch notes ever that they released 9 hours ago.

Ballista Totem:

Supported Skills now deal 42-36% less Damage (previously 42-33%).


Toxic rain: found nothing in the list regarding toxic rain


Swift Affliction:

Spoiler
ow has a 150% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 125%).
Supported Skills now deal 20-34% more Damage over Time (previously 25-44%).
Now grants “25% less Duration of Supported Skills and Damaging Ailments they inflict” (previously 15% reduced).
Quality on the Anomalous Swift Affliction Support no longer grants “Supported Skills have 0-5% increased Attack and Cast Speed”.


Awakened Swift Affliction:

Spoiler
Now has a 150% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 125%).
Quality no longer grants "Supported Skills have +0-10% to Damage over Time Multiplier".
Supported Skills now deal 40-44% more Damage over Time (previously 45-49%).
Now grants "25% less Duration of Supported Skills and Damaging Ailments they inflict" (previously 25% reduced Duration).


Empower:

Now has a 140% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 125%).

Vicious Projectiles:

Now has a 140% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 120%).
Supported Skills now deal 30-49% more Physical Projectile Attack Damage (previously 40-59%).
Supported Skills now deal 30-49% more Physical Damage over Time (previously 40-59%).
Supported Skills now deal 30-49% more Chaos Damage over Time (previously 40-59%).

So, this build lost some dps, but not as much as others in the grand scheme of things according to my early calculations. I'll verify when PoB gets updated. Fortify nerfs are pretty minor for this build. The mana thing is a big question, but I don't think its any worse than many other builds or insurmountable. I am going to say Malevolence and Flesh and Stone are Aura's... clarity if you think it helps with mana. Vitality is no longer very good after it got nerfed in 3.14. Running it or Clarity with arrogance is a thought. Pathing into mana nodes may be necessary. Also, enduring mana flasks are probably going to be mandatory but not as good as before... we'll just have to see. Vaal Clarity and Vaal Haste, but only for boss fights. Does increased duration affect Vaal Skills, because if so, maybe do Vaal Clarity and Vaal Haste with Inc Duration for a nice period of no mana issues and speed.

Overall, I think it survived.

Edit: PoB should be ready within 24 hours. Purely updating PoB showed a 25% reduction in DPS, but thats before reworking anything. My other build went from 10% nerf to 10% buff in DPS so there is reason to believe its not as bad as it seems.

Congratulations!

I think it’s still going to perform quite well, especially in HC settings. I’m updating the PoB and it’ll be out before league start. The only real concern based off preliminary assessment may be mana management with selfcast, but I think there’s a creative workaround somewhere.

The build has been updated. There are changes but damage will be fine. I do have concerns about Mana and that will have to be worked through. My gut is an Enduring Flask will be mandatory and you'll want to have some combination of Non-channeling skills cost -XX Mana crafts and items. That includes Elreon craft, warlord chest, and/or Watcher's eye. Edit: Replica Conquerer Efficiency works well too.
