Dead, do you have or going to update/change a build like this but for Std ?
Would you still use the +2/+2 charges shield with Aegis or most likely wait to see what the new shields can roll ?
Also, in the crit/Minion damage/Hypo +3 Helmet would you run Carrion and Skeletons and Zombies on chest ? Completely forgo Spectres for dmg probably ?
Sorry for the barrage of questions.
Thank you.

Necro Aegis is dead after the charge nerfs this league, so is +2 minimum charge shields. The reason we used them was due to how powerful frenzy and power charges were for minions. Now that they are extremely lackluster, there's no world in which Necro Aegis is good. Instead, you will probably want to run a new crafted minion shield with 5% life on block and minion mods, another Convoking Wand(I did this last league and got 40/40 challenges with it) or an Aegis Aurora. While Aegis Aurora doesn't provide alot of offensive power, non-infact, I believe it's the most broken item in the game. Even if we invest 0 into Energy Shield, it's still broken for us when blockcapped.

Your socket setup depends. You really should check out PoB and swap minions around to see what gives the biggest dps increase.
Last league, my Zombies outdpsed my Carrions so I ran Skeletons and Zombies in my helm and Carrions + Spectres in my chest. I also removed x3 Primordial Jewels and went with Forbidden Jewels(Mastermind of Discord) and Ghastly Jewels instead which provided very large dps boost overall. One might think that losting 1 golem and ~60% Golem Attack speed is a big deal, but using 3 Jewels to boost ALL minions provided a much larger benefit.

Don't have to appologize for asking questions :)

cant wait for fully updated version

I'm not gonna update the entire buildguide this patch, I'll save that for next league when I'm more certain exactly how I want all versions of the build to look. They changed so much this league that I'm not sure how everything will turn out in the end.

I will however, do as I've done in the past where I have a dedicated post at the top of the buildguide concerning the current league. In it, I will post 3.19 Info, PoBs and videos.

I'm currently working on playtesting some new setups for the build and it's looking pretty promising for extremely low budgets so far. Not sure what I want to do with higher level budgets though.

I'm looking forward to playing the new league starter version of this build though. The new unique buffs are incredibly powerful and will make early mapping a breeze.
More league starter testing and footage:
Some people are worried, and rightfully so that Mistress of Sacrifice and 6-linked Covenants might be expensive during league start. Some ppl also correctly pointed out that the Whaku Whaku shield I used in my last testing was getting removed. So I changed the setup slightly and stripped down to barebones items that absolutely shouldn't cost much currency.

I decided to do some playtesting with a Tabula, a Volls Vision helm and Sentaris Answer for Shield.

These should be extremely cheap uniques and everyone should be able to buy the, for a coupole of chaos during league start to get going. Voll's Vision is getting 400 life regen next league and I was just looking for something extremely cheap to wear as a helm. It fit pretty well.

As before, I did my testing in T16 red maps and against a Shaper Guardian(Phoenix). I used a full Atlas tree specced with Essence, harbinger and Blights(Blights were very hard with this budget). All main minions are 21/0 gems.

Yeah, I'm planning to use it on day1 before I get 4-green Triads.

Yeah, saw that they removed all Fated Uniques. Adapting to it and running a different budget shield for league start. I wanted to run the Whaka shield cause it gave alot of nice things, 40% aura effect, 5% life regen for yourself and minions and a bunch of ES.

Currently looking at Magna Eclipse and Sentari's Answer. Think I'll be going with Sentari's Answer. Gives alot of block, some extra quant and free curses when you block which seems cool.

I think Lightning conversion will be BiS this league. Ghazzy has already talked about making a Mirror tier minion helm for Absolution specifically, which means it's going to be the 50% phys as extra lightning mod and not the 30% more elemental dmg essence mod on the helm.
Means I might experiment by converting my build to a lightning conversion build instead. Lightning builds also have access to 2 broken spectres: Primal Rhex Matriarchs for increased lightning dmg debuffs AND Baranite Clerics which have an Aura that grants 20% of phys as extra lightning. It's absolutely insane how much free scaling they get from spectres, ontop of putting enemies at -200% lightning res.

Only issue I have with Doryani's builds is getting oneshot to lightning ground effects. But that's the name of the game.

I get Magna Eclipsis for most of my minion starters (well, since i'm a templar guy, all my minion builds are guardians, and most of them are dom blow/hop league starters on top of that). Decent defence early. In 3.18 it was whaka-whaka shield tho, +1 corruption for 1 more spectre kinda carried hard.

In 3.19 the most broken spectre would be Demon Harpy if it's available. Unfortunately, physical/impale builds have lower power ceiling, matching its price tho.

Rhex Mom isn't broken, it's just for 10% inc damage taken without stacking, unlike demon harpy. Baranite Dudes are squishy af. I wasn't planning to use them esp after PoB showed me they ain't worth it at all. I was planning to use pale seraphim + rhex mom + (arena master + frenzy monkey).

Personally, I was inspired by some Korean dudes from poe.ninja when tried to build prototype AW. Here is example of squire zombies+carrion golems: LINK

Prototype was bearable until uber shaper. Had to switch back to chaos convertion with like 40% less damage (no squire in both cases), but way more tanky to get shit done. Still didn't even think about doing Baran maps xD

Personally, I swore to never touch prototype unless I have a mageblood. Pretty sure, MB is a build enabling unique here.

On medium budget anything would work and would have +/- similar power.
- Chaos convertion melee minions on necromancer are the strongest, but don't have good dedicated spectre.
- Physical, on the other hand, are the weakest but have most powerful debuffing spectre.
- Cold convertion have betterdream and hypothermia.
- Lightning would be a bit more expensive, but it still has smite.
- Fire convertion has, ugh, ignite prolif reaper xD

Rhex Matriarchs debuff is bigger than 10% increased lightning. I'm not 100% sure what it is, I haven't tested it. But according to Ghazzy and his playtesting it's 50% increased. May sound too good to be true though. Kay and some friend to her also tested it and they came to the conclusion that it's 20% increased lightning damage. It has a 8 sec cooldown and 4 sec duration, so 50% uptime from a single spectre.

Saw that PoB says thunderous Roar is 10% though, neither 20% nor 50%. So not sure what's true. Haven't deepdived into lightning builds far enough to playtest the debuff strength in PvP arenas.

Baronite Clerics spectres aren't in PoB yet so you have to manually put in their Aura to see what dps effect it has on your build. Just write "Minions gain 20% of physical damage as extra lightning damage" in custom mods and you'll see how much 1 Spectre will provide. It should be quite alot, and since it's an Aura it has 100% uptime. 43k base HP does make them insanely squishy though.

If I was a Lightnign build I would run;
x1 Carnage
x1 Host Chieftain
x1 Baronite Cleric
x1 Rhex matriarch

This is assuming heavy investment into Crit Scaling for the minions. If I wasn't investing into crit, I'd replace the Host Chieftain with either another Rhex Matriarch or a Pale Seraphim.

I think Seraphims are super weak due to their debubff being very short and single target. Their debuff is applied by them dropping a web on the ground and monsters have to stand in it to get debuffed. I think the Roars from Primal Monsters feel way better since it's a huge AoE and just a debuff that's applied to the monster for it's entire duration. If it's true that Rhex Matriarchs debuff only is 10% though, then Pale Seraphim might be better thoguh. Arena Masters are some of the weaker buff spectre out there imo. 4 sec duration, 12 sec CD for 20% increased attack and cast speed is very weak. The debuff amps from other spectres work more like multiplicative bonuses since they apply to the monsters as debuffs rather than buffs which make them much bigger. The Arena Master buff also increases damage taken by 20% which is a huge yikes imo.

Saw the GameReport(The AFK Blight Golem guy) talk about Demon Harpies and he thinks the phys dmg amplification debuff from them isn't 3%(20 stacks). He think's it's much lower(1-2%). I've never used them though so wouldn't know.

btw I've started to research how can i setup my Carrion Golems. And now I'm interesting why we want to convert our damage into cold instead using default physical damage with impales? sorry if I missed information about this in beginning

Viperesque said it's 10%.

Lothrik added it to POB fork in 3.17. Just add the spectre and tick the box for spectre buffs :)

Well, i'm currently runnin with Rhex Moms, and they definitely not 50% for sure.

Somewhere between 10% and 20% is more acceptable to state after I watched clips with me testing them.

And Bara dudes at least in PoB (simulated) don't show good numbers that comparable to over buffers (not even 10%). 100% uptime of the aura is probably the only reason to use them, besides the hope for pob being inaccurate here.

The issue with GameReport that he doesn't show recorded comparison, just some hideout talk. It would be more appropriate to record this kind of stuff, like that dude who recorded hydrosphere test in 3.17.

Well, whatever.

I assume that any spectre which gives 10-15% more damage is fine, and i honestly think that most of buffing/debuffing spectres are in this range.

Both arenamaster-like and monkey have their own pros and cons. Charges require time to get their full power, while other spectres reach it in 1 cast. I honestly consider both monkeys just mapping spectres now.

Physical/impale minions are on a lower side of damage scaling. Elemental conversion have efficient buffs/debuffs and support skill gems to ramp up dps.

Elemental equilibrium, exposure, shock, scorch, chill+hypothemia, flat damage skill gems, endgame crafted minion helmets, etc.

While physical/impale minions have just brutality, chance to impale cluster node, and 1 minion mastery (although elemental minions have comparable mastery too).

Another thing is enemies defence. Physical damage reduction is harder than elemental resistance to deal with.
