which guardian version are you guys using? (gearwise) and how much did it cost?

I think pretty much everyone is running the impulsa's version with or without legacy of fury. When I made mine it was probably ~1.5 ex. But legacy of fury was insanely expensive when I bought it, because it's normally a 2c unique when people are actually farming maven lol

What's the interaction between EE exposure and hydrosphere? Is there a way to get the hydrosphere to stop doing cold damage?

This is the most annoying thing with running Hydrosphere and EE.

Hydrosphere deals cold damage so it will work against you when you cast it.
You have to replace the Cold EE dealt by Hydrosphere with BV to get Cold Exposure back.

So there's basically 2 solutions:
1. After casting Hydrosphere, run into melee with BV again to replace the exposure with a beneficial one.
2. Use Avatar of Fire to make Hydrosphere deal fire damage only.

So just to clarify, the splashes of hydrosphere proccing won't overwrite my re-application of EE? It's just the initial hydrosphere cast/move that applies exposure?
It was due to Mana Cost.

Just to thank the creator for this.

I was dying a ton (but I was in my act+white map gear) in RedMaps.

My Health is still a little low but running the low budget (some stuff getting to mid budget gear) this build is insane.

I am running through red maps wiping everything out and having a ton of defense.

Really enjoying the build (even more so now)

Thanks for the effort!
I cant get enough unreserved mana for my trigger to proc, guessing I may need to replace some kit to get it sorted?
Try picking up Arcane Will off your thread of hope

the aoe anomalous one.
1ex for chest with explody.
1ex for kingmaker.
Bought gems for around 1x or so total for hungry loop.
Its real good even with around 28% explode as its for me.
Makes clear with the gloves amazing.
Just need the curse corrupt version now.
what do you mean with "even with around 28% explode"

Inpulsa is 100% explode.

Correct, only the first application of Hydrosphere does cold damage to everything around.

When the hydrosphere is hit it spreads ailments like Shock and Freeze. But it doesn't do any damage.

There are some solutions.

1. Craft -7 mana cost on your ring(Prefix, Veiled mod)
2. Get Arcane Will to raise your mana pool enough to cast your Offering Skill.
I always prefer to have 1 point into this for the mana reg to solve our mana issues. Flesh Offering cost alot of mana, Dash does too and Skellies. The goal is to always be at full mana so you can cast your spells and I've found it's really hard without Arcane Will.
3. Find someway to link Flesh Offering to Lifetap. Sacrifices a socket so it's kinda bad. I personally have to do this because I don't have Charisma.
4. Get Combat Stamina, pick the mastery that decreases Determination cost by 25%.

Pick any combination of the solutions above and it should solve your mana cost issues.
