Just a heads up, your spoiler sections in your original post seem to be broken!

Heya! Hope you enjoy the build, feel free to ask any questions!
Also, thanks for the heads up, fixed it up.

Cheers!
Fell in love with PoE and now it's my crack.

How about I will take this build to the beginning of the league and I will try to take it to the maximum power

Surely go for raider and try to make it quite a tank with life gained per hit.

¿Are the path of building updated?

Heya! If you want to go for tankyness Deadeye is better because of the extra projectiles, but you can do it with raider to achieve higher damage and move speed. You'll have to stack life gain on hit effects and max life to achieve a good tankyness result. It's harder and more expensive to craft the end-game items for the Life Gained on Hit version. You can start and go all the way as LGOH, but the progression may be a bit slower.

I'll league start as Lancing Steel this season as well.

Regarding the PoBs, I just updated them today.

Hope you have a great time!

Well I think I've found my league starter, I played another Lancing Steel build in Ultimatum, and it took me the furthest I've ever been, to lv.95 and a lot of end game content.
It was also one of the most fun to play, very smooth, pretty fast, and fairly deadly, so really looking forward to giving a different iteration of it a go.
May well come back with questions along the way.

Update July 22th 2021
-Updated all PoB files according to the patch notes;
-DPS went down around 40% in the min-maxed setups, didn't fall so much in the other budgets. My 189 mil combined dps Raider got down to 124 mil combined dps after updating the PoB;

Your updated POB still have "Crit Chance Lucky" checked. But Diamond Flask doesn't provide this anymore. Is there another source of Lucky Crit Chance that I don't see? Removing Lucky Crit Chance seems to reduce the DPS by 20%-27%.

Also we might have to put Maim Support on the ancestral protector or something if we replace it with Lifetap Support on our Lancing Steel (but this is a fairly small DPS impact).

just one question, do you think we have enough dps to kill early bosses (shaper guardians, invitational, etc.) with only 2 Beltimber's at early days? wanna try it out but im not sure about that.

OHHHH crap! Thanks a bunch for the heads up! I forgot to uncheck that in some PoBs.

Will fix asap.

Sorry for the error.

Regarding the lifetap, it's something you should use only if you don't have the mana cost reduction setup so your mana cost is low enough to cast. When you have enough mana cost reduction and mana regen/leech enough to keep your mana up, you should be fine dropping that in favour of a Maim support. As I did last league, I'm going to use Lioney's Vision until I get all the necesary stuff to drop the lifetap.

I managed to kill Shaper in the early days of the league last league using 2 beltimbers, but since the damage has been nerfed, I can't say for sure. I think it is doable, but you should need some stuff already to hit him up, I mean, it's possible to kill Mino with a 3 mil dps character, so it is probably possible to do it with 2 beltimbers if you manage your movement skills and flasks right.

I was playing around with links and see that it may be worth using Critical Strikes instead of Maim. Its a tiny slight dps loss, however, it gives us much more consistent crits and the mana multi is 10% less so mana cost goes down to 47 from 53. We could put maim on our totem to still gain that effect.

The big downside will be getting 111 int and coloring the chest. But an option for sure. Even critical damage works potentially.

This is def an option. I though about it when simulationg the changes, it is poossible to do it, but you'll need to invest more into getting int into the build. The diamond flask nerf really hit the crit consistency so it may really be worth doing that.

Have a great one!
