Guild feedback:more ranks/permissions needed

Guilds seem pretty popular on console, as we grow multiple issues that pop up could easily be solved if we had at least one or two extra ranks,it would be nice to give extra permission for taking from tabs for some members who have shown they're worthy of an extra level of trust. Without an extra step up rank its basically all or nothing
