not at all. its acculy bad since you lose all the evasion% chance from dreadbanner+ the blind from animate guardian(or minion blind on hit) taking US is a huge nerf to the build and with +8k life you almost never get stunned.

syndicate operatives are back in buissness and so is the build, with other good spectre options, ill rerole this build in near future

damage is not nerfed from what i can tell and survivability neather(maby small, but its still very potent). with acces to harvest craft, making really juicy gear is way easyer now.

the change to syndicates IA in that mid league patch, means they will stay throwing knives even at close range, so single target seems potentially better, echo is replaced by minion damage support, that also grants harder hitting impales. the only real noticable nerf is rotton claw and that you need to spec into 2 more aura points. some of the heist alt quality gems can make up for rotton claw loss.
