Steam crashes after closing PoE

I have had the same problem for a while now aswell.
Pretty annoying tbh :/

I am having the same issue as well. Every time I close path of exile it freezes steam and any other steam-based games currently open while closing path. It then proceeds to troubleshoot steam and any said games open, with a crash happening after a minute-ish.

I'm also getting this consistently as well. Not sure what to do to fix it, but I guess it's good to see that I'm not alone.

I started having this issue as well this league. I even crashed out of PoE and it still crashed steam.

Its vulcan, thank god for that new horrible texture streaming, i was trying to check performance between dx11 and vulcan and guess what, steam didnt crash a single time after exiting the game while using dx11.
Its been almost 5 months and GGG didnt even acknowledge the problem. But then again by using dx11 i literally lost like ~100 fps by sitting afk in my hideout, running white maps with 10-15 monsters on my screen at 40-70 fps plus the stuttering, while before 3.13 i was at ~120+ average.
