This looks awesome. However I cant figure out how you are getting enough accuracy?

Absolutely like your idea(I mean your deep thoughts based on this building idea like you metioned),the only part I have question is,since COC is a pretty flex buid,can I change some of your linked skills as my own favour?Like you know,old school frostbolt COC.I am asking this because I am not sure if that will work since there might be some reasons you choose these skills instead of frostbolt.

why creeping frost ? why not use freezing pulse ?

Friends, I searched for RINGS with Assassins Mark and I just can't find them to buy, at Heist you don't have that option anymore? If not, how to proceed?

Just completed my second Lab and there is no Crit from the Inquisitor node, as it shows in Path of Building?

Oh I see in the patch notes that they removed the crit multi from Inquisitor..

Is Slayer's node for the Culling strike the next best thing then?

It,s set to private.
Doing this build and can tell you that main thing is attack speed,crit, accuracy

For dual malice's we need 12,12 attacks per second without increase cooldown recovery rate
We need 100% chance hit - so get more accuracy
We need 100% chance crit.
The values of this 3 stats must be close or equal as above, this is the starter pack for this buld.
And in OP post dunno about links in body armor. I think CoC must be linked with cyclone and with rest.
