Yes, reducing the cool down on flicker strike helps. Awakened Multistrike is still the best remedy, it was the only thing that helped me stacked with increasing my frenzy charges to sustain with a 2.0+ APS weapon. I think overall it is less of an issue with a slower weapon like Paradoxica.

I didn't look at his OG one but it looks like you have everything selected correctly from a quick glance. I'd assume the biggest decreases you're seeing is from gear/gems/jewels.

I think Blazer's was pretty mix/max'd out in Harvest so assuming he had much better gear.

Upgrading stuff like:
550 PDPS Foil
Watchers Eye w/ +2 to Impale
Awakened Multistrike
40/30 base Rys Coil
40% Flicker Enchant on Abyssus

Gets you to 17M without even touching your tree.

Actually author have same issue on most video

for example DROX

@0.13 no frenzy charges left and cat's stealth buff have 1s left before switching to cat's agility.

So lets wait for the cat's buff rotation (1s atm) and gain up max frenzy charge

Nope, no frenzy charges back, have to wait 2 rotations Oo

Flicker eat all charge or farrul is simply trash ?

The title of the video says he's using a 5L for that.. I have no clue what his gem setup looked like at the time of that video.

As for your issues, I have no clue. Desync happens with mobs from time to time, but never the issue with bosses for me.
