Indigon increases mana cost and spell damage based on the amount of mana spent in the past 4 seconds.

Blood magic gems are to stop your utility skills from spending mana allowing Indigon to scale only from your primary damaging ability (volatile dead).

Indigon mana scaling = Archmage damage

Am I correctly to assume that the damage done is the one shown on tooltip when it hits, not when it's cast?

Correct. The skill tooltip reflects the damage update that occurs when Indigon scales.

This only applies to skills that linger.

I.e. VD balls stay after they are cast, cremation has a duration and stays on ground after cast, blade blast chained blasts occur after you've cast blade blast.

Already doing t14 even with lv18 gems.

Notice that i always failed blight encounter using VD, seems like cremation is the better choice there?

Blight is the only thing that aboslutely sucks on this because you're capped to 12 balls per 4 seconds. I prefer to use VD to clear blight rather than cremation, cremation's just an amazing boss killer.

huh i managed to do that) you can check my profile. 1 button for vd. 1 button fot immortal call to trigger everything what is put into wands. if we get a belt with increased cooldown recovery-we can spawn balls faster. and it is pretty automated. but still wanna check pledge with arc/ball lightning.

VD has the ability to hit stuff off screen which makes it a very convenient clearing skill.

For bossing I advocate cremation as it does alot more damage.

You can do Arc. But as long as you're on Indigon it'll be a 4 second timer on your casts.

Same applies for BL. You can drop indigon to use both BL/Arc but the damage will be lower and it's quite noticeable when bossing.
