I have no clue about delving far, last time i delve "far" was for Depth 600 challenge in Blight and i was playing Baron Zombie.

It should handle delve for the 250depth challenge for sure, that's not too hard.

As for awakened question, they're not necessary at all to get anywhere, they're just extra. Minion damage gives about 3% dps, brutality ~7-8% and melee phys something similar. Awakened multistrike gives about 10-11%, but makes your map clearing worse, so I personally dont recommend it at all (especially at its price tag)

Other question - why is reviving spectre so complicated? I have often the Problem that I want to use spectre on Arena Master but there are a few other minions next to him. Then I need to use the spell 3 times, so I kill my other useful spectres with shit. How you solve this?

With all auras on I'd be sitting at the following stats:
9400+ ES
1500+ ES regen
87, 87, 88, 75 resists
AG 90k+ HP w/near 12k ES
Zombies near 60k HP w/6k+ ES
Spectres 54k+ HP w/6k+ ES
Golems near 60k HP w/11k ES along with well over 7mil per Golem making it nearly 30mil combined just from Golems.

I think this is a fantastic blend of you being tanky and the minions being tanky enough to survive mostly anything while still deleting most things in seconds. I just need to get an Awakened Multistrike, level it up and the rest of my gems, and finish getting the last two med cluster jewels with Str rolled on them, reroll the flat Phys on my Abyss jewels and hit 100 and I'm done.
