Was testing a bit with only 1 ring with -mana cost, seems okay for me.
But the base from Doom Whorl could be better, i guess global crit chance is useless for us?
So maybe getting a better ring with frostbite on hit?

Or do i need 2 rings with -mana cost for big fights?

That enchant makes it ok to start on but you'll want to upgrade fairly quick.

Global crit is useless yea, another chaos res base or an opal is much better for you.

One minus mana craft could be enough depending on your attack speed.
