[3.13] 🔥Oro’s Flicker Strike Raider🔥 | Top tier mapper/currency farmer | 10M+ DPS | All Content

I'm not worried about the multi boss fights, as If I understood right you have control over which bosses show up.

This character is not great on some specific fights due to ground degen effects, which are hard/impossible to dodge due to flicker mechanics, and bypass both the evasion and the dodge chance.
Some spells (eg Phoenix explosion or Sirus beam) can be annoying as well, because they also become hard to avoid and are balanced around outright killing you if you are hit. You have some spell dodge chance, but at 40 or 50% its still a coin flip.
That's why I recommend switching to cyclone for hard boss fights - the skill makes it considerably easier to manually dodge those pesky boss mechanics, even if the fight takes a bit longer.

On the other hand, the build eventually becomes almost invulnerable to regular attacks. You evade 95% of the time, dodge 50% of the rest, and you have 6000HP+fortify+30% phys reduction to prevent any unlucky oneshot. Oh, and if there are several targets around, the interaction between Melee Splash and Tribal Fury (or +1 gloves) will give you 60%more damage over the showcased numbers.

End of the day, just choose 10 auto-attack melee bosses for your arena and you should be just fine facetanking the bunch down.

As for max level, I actually designed this build to carry me to 95+ without paying much attention :D It will often survive the worst shit ever to your amazment. Before flickering back into a detonate dead ball.

Youve got me convinced. Thank you for the breakdown I didnt realize you could choose the bosses thats pretty cool.

Looks like my final league gonna be a raider oro's flicker. Bring on tomorrow!

Looks very interesting. Concern I would have if this build will do well in Ritual with the multiple bosses mechanic. Do you think it will stand up nicely?

This will prolly be my last league in POE before I await POE 2, looking to go all in for once.

Im scared of one shots as an evasion build and losing all that xp when trying to push 90+, as thats where I tend to start dying a lot on my toons and quit lol. Problem is I love flicker to much to NOT do it, but Ive never tried a raider version so im intrigued.

You guys think this will hold well in the Ritual league mechanic?

It will murder multiple bosses, cant think of a better league mechanic for flicker.
Is it normal to desync a lot with Flicker Strike? I dont have many issues with other skills (maybe a bit of leap slam) as much as this one. Like some monsters will stay alive for a sec or more (without their life bars moving btw, at 90%+ accuracy) and some other moments involve me getting teleported quite a bit back from where i started the flicker strike. I played my other builds (scourge arrow pathfinder and cyclone gladiator) and i feel perfectly fine. Oh and i did pull up the ping from the F1 button, and seems all is ok

It is really fun when it works, but only when it works... Im not saying that your build is bad in any way but i dont think Flicker Strike really likes me lol

Edit: ah, i checked the cons of the build once more and you do mention potential sync issues. What a shame man, because this build does look really nice. I also really wanted to take advantage of the "reworked" raider ascendancy.

Really depends both from your own connection, and the poe server you are connecting to. Flicker is prone to cause desyncs when either has issues, and I definitely experienced what you described when connecting from a shit 4G wifi. If you don't see an easy fix, this build is probably not the best.
Hello wich tree on you'r updated pob we have to use for the leveling ?
Can't load your build with PoB, getting error about unrecognised version of the passive skill tree, PoB is updated to newest version, anyone had this problem and know how to fix that?

Make sure you are using POB community fork. I left a link in the POB notes section.

The character is based on a unique you can only equip at lvl 67 (the Oro's), so lvling to this point is really up to your preferences. I left advice and suggested starting tree in the leveling section.
Really enjoy the build shame its kinda rough on consoles. One thing i dont understand is how u get the sword with fortify corruption and 6link it so cheap cuz every way i look at it its going to cost me 15+ ex or more it doesn't seem possible to get it for 5ex
Hello, i was wondering how effective a cold version (replica oro/cyclone only) of this build would be compared to the fire one?
