Well where to start. Wand Needs proper craft.

You are using the wrong Barrage, you want Barrage Support.

No minus mana cost, no minimum endurance charges.

Those would be my first choices.

I switched from another version of this build that I came up with, it was okay, but I wanted to try something a little different so this is perfect.

I have a question: How are you getting so much projectile block chance? I don't see anything to grant that in the POB

Spellslinger is a spell, but it reserves mana. Those aura "buffs" are simply pathing to reduced mana reserved.

besides frenzy charge generation?
