Can someone look at my profile and tell me what my next upgrade should be? I don't know if it's my wand or try getting/crafting VD/-fire resist helmet. Kinda feels like my damage isn't as high as I would like.

I see you're using a lot of leveling uniques. What are your resists and life at? Like most other builds, this still requires having a good life pool and high resists to avoid getting killed. Try to always have granite and stibnite flasks up as well.

What helped me during the leveling process is to get the ascendancy that makes offerings apply to you, then using bone offering on cwdt + desecrate to get higher block chance. Once you get a wand with the mod Trigger a socketed skill when you use a spell, bone offering can be moved there. Or need a wand with an open suffix to craft on it for 3c. I have unlocked the craft and can help if I'm online.
Do we need to level desecrate?

Yea, single target dps is really lacking, I tried Sirus on awakener 0 and it took what felt like 10 minutes to kill him. Plus I died a few times due to degen. It was faster last league on my melee build.
In Tier 16 maps the clear speed is fantastic, but when I get to the boss, it involves a lot of holding down right click and waiting for its hp bar to move. I don't have a fire penetration helmet or amulet that boosts my dps yet, but I doubt it will make a huge difference.

Can anybody tell me why hypothermia in particular is added to the 6l? is it just for status or to keep mana reserve low? or perhaps something else im missing entirely?

The latest pob doesn't have hypothermia in the 6L. It suggests using detonate dead, ele focus, spell cascade, volatile dead, spellslinger, inspiration.
Note that for inspiration charges to work, you'll also need inspiration linked to the single target attack (barrage).
600+ delve viable? Having hard time there, though I only have a 5L Inpulsa yet, maybe that the reason? res capped, chaos 85 (100).

Also have a question about physical damage reduction: right now it's only 6% or something with 1 min endurance charge and no other buffs. Although I saw on one of the screenshots back in page 100+ that OP had ~50& reduction. How come? Should I focus on getting armor on my gear?

hypothermia feels way better than ele focus + it gives me way less dps, with hypothermia im at 120k with 1 volatile, with ele focus cause no ailment applied at 53...

hypothermia has 39% MORE damage with hits/ailments against chilled enemies = we throw corpses at enemies = chilled (ascendancy)
