I found a doctor card and decided to give this build a go and it was amazing fun leveling as infernal blow until 28 when I got cyclone and continued with that.
I am now lvl 86 and have been hard at work trying to increase my dexterity and I think I am currently between 1300 and 1400. But.. I feel the boss-damage is severely lacking when I compare it to my champion from last league. Granted, it did have really decent gear, but I didnt think the difference would be this massive.
I am at the point where I think I might have bungled something up. Anyone able/willing to take a look at my pob (https://pastebin.com/KPrc82EW) and tell me what I can do to improve my bossing dmg? I had initially decided to try and go the crit route, but decided to see if I could get more damage without crit. Thats why some of my gearing or passive choices might be left behind after that transition away from crit.

I'm slowly trying to farm currency to afford the boots but I'm having some suitability issues. I wonder if I am focusing too much on damage and not enough life. I only have 3.8k life with the above gear/passives.
Trying to progress into red maps, currently at T12-13 but I'll just get randomly one shot from a delirium mob.

Considering that we lose a slot, and if you are using Praxis, you definitely want to make sure to get high HP on items. I would start with dropping Le Heup for a rare with high hp, + dex (and str if you need) with all resist (or whatever resists you need).
Hey I'm running the split personality/cluster jewel version of the build(absolutely melts everything). I'm wondering if it would be worth replacing one of the split personalities with a pride impale watcher's eye?
I'm currently working on a Gladiator version of this, up to 39% Block Chance as well as 74% Attack and 64% Spell Dodge Chance. Dps is around 7.2m with full impales (3.7m without). Life is a little short at the moment at 4.5k but that can be increased by getting some better gear. Seems Gladiator would help with the defense portion of this build, at least going the crit route. Will update when I work on it a little more this week.

I play on Xbox and PC both but looking for a cyclone build on Xbox...and this is what I want...but you say it can work with raide, and I don't have the one with nothing ite m yet..
1. If I go raider, what would the advantages be over duelist and what would the negatives?
2. I assume when leveling I could just use claws the entire time until I can afford the specific item, or with face breaker.. Do you recommend and heralds to speed up the process of leveling?
3. Id I do choose raider what acsencendies do you recommend?

How are you guys calculating everything properly on PoB? Whenever I import one of these cluster jewel builds it does not display anything properly. When I import your build it shows 62k dps on cyclone.

I just imported it and it shows 16mil dps.
Check the config of the import, and sometimes PoB automatically removes the Hallow Palm noteable; so check that.
If you import a PoB with the Split Personality jewel like I use, you have to add the stats yourself.
