Thanks for the guide and build idea.

Decided to try it with Lacerate and works well even without facy chest, Ryslata, Surrender and Bottled Faith. Had to adapt a bit due to Lacerate's Mana costs.

Clear speed is good, but can still be improved by e.g. explode chest. Normal bosses melt in few seconds even in sand stance. Just tried an Elder guardian and phased it also within seconds. I could even add Bersek gem for more boss damage if needed.

Hi guys, trying this build currently but i am missing quite some damage compared to the budget/starter POB can someone help me out?

Could you please do a path of building for the latest skill tree version?
There is no more Forceful Skewering, it became the hapooner which is trash for the build. Also there is now The Impaler and I don't know if it's worth taking.
This version of your PoB is not accepted by the path of building software, I receive the message that it's an unknown tree version.

Any solution for Dots and degens on ground? I have 75% block chance, 50% armor mitigation and 4.7 life, but i am melting from degen and dots. I don't really feel that thanky in this build.

True, i am not using the recommanded shield and there is room for upgrade, and block works sometime, but i felt better with Slayer in previous leagues and over leech

I'm also experiencing almost instant deaths with degen effects. I seem to be highly susceptible to lightning, more so than other ailments. I must be missing something.

Use divine vessel to complete your pantheon. I run arakali and shakari. never change.

the recommended shield is... not required. Way too expensive in my opinion and would be my last upgrade. I went with a %life on block and HP and clearing contents up to mastermind boss and a7 sirus just fine.

I would ditch the unique gloves/ammy and upgrade ring and boots. Go for life/res/crit multi/phys dmg/accuracy where you see fit. Some t1 life on these rares should help.

on the tree I personally dropped devotion and went for dismembering.

Corrupted Blood

You can see the stacks in the top left. You get it for hitting monsters with that mod (everytime until 20 stacks i think) and it will deal dmg when you move.

You really need to get any jewel with immunity for it when you want to run endgame content, esp. for sirius. Alternatively, an anti bleed flask, which also works but is much riskier as you have to react fast enough.
