Hi , no specific reason you can use any melee skill. you can use any skill that use a sword. (the one with more dps will be blade flurry)

First will be the chest with -15 mana mod on it , soo i can get another ring in the praxis slot , them paradoxica > surrender >red nightmare> Ryslatha's coil >impresence>circle of guilty> bottled Faith > +2 impale jewel

Are you looking properly? I just found there's more than 165 on the trade.

You have to put on the search "Recover #% of life when you block".
