Hey guys. i got nice roll of shoes (i think) but i still dont have enough survi. What do you think? 2nd. Do we really need desecrate, phase run and spirit offering in gems? IC-> CWDT -> Increased Duration wouldnt be better for survi? Linked with that desecrate or even spirit offering?

Tried to roll my chest but... I foked it up ;) Lost about 50c to get maxed life but i lost chaos resistance.

What is best way to get clear 6-link body armour? I have essence with ++20% to chaos resistance and want to craft it on my own.

Greetings
Hey ManfredoPL!

I really like those boots. Movement speed is really important for survivability though. So if you have a prefix free, I'd craft movement speed.

In regards to Desecrate, it guarantees corpses in boss battles and also increases the number of corpses on the ground in areas where lots of corpses are missing. Some of the new Endgame battles don't have lots of little enemies to help with flasks and corpses.

Getting a 6 link is really tough. They have a better chance to drop in corrupted areas but then you can't change the mods. It's all luck unless you want to craft it with 1500 fusings. I plan my builds around 5 links...so that getting a 6 link is just bonus.

Good questions.

What are the best substitute gem options if you want to go for more dmg on the zombies? Melee pysical damage support instead?

Thanks
Hey sleepinginbio!

If you were to still focus on the Zombie Slam as the primary damage of zombies, I'd go the following: Zombmies-Minion Damage-Concentrated Effect-Melee Physical-Pulverise-Ruthless.

Not sure how they'd survive though. So if you go that route, let us know how it goes in the high tier maps!

I've got to ask:
why do you need 4 bleed flasks when your ascendancy already removes bleed with bone armour? could instead simply do curse immunity flask / shock immunity.
Hey MobileForce!

Good question. It does seem redundant to others I'm sure. Other options would make more sense. But the less I have to think about when playing, the longer my symptoms let me play. So having one function per flask would probably kill me more than save me as I'd never remember which flask was for which ailment. I primarily play on console. So LB is Life, RB is Escape. Bleed is really the only thing that kills me when I zone out. And since Bone Armour has a cool down, I put Bleed on my life flasks anyway so that the surprise "zone-out" deaths are lot less likely.

Anyone else though can optimize how they like. For me, it's just about surviving with mindless gameplay.

Good question.

Hi WOD,

How does flame dash helps us since it is locked it's activation by cwdt?

If it is independent from cwdt, then we can activate it by ourselves. Can u help to explain?

Thanks for your build. I'm having great time with it.

Hi Wrecker - I know you make your builds for whatever gear drops and don't follow uniques, but here's something I'd like to ask you about.

I found The Baron helmet in SSF, and I'd like to make a build around it. (I've always thought it was an interesting concept.) I've been following a build on www.poe-vault.com, but it's... too busy.

So I'm curious how you would go about a strength-stacking zombie build.
Hey CelticHound!

Always a pleasure.

The Baron is a REALLY strong unique. But it requires a TON of investment. It really requires a build to revolve around it. So, unfortunately, there isn't a way to incorporate it into this build and have all of the Baron's mods function.

It'd have to be a completely separate build. You'd need jewels that increase Strength, unique gear that improves strength, and you'd have to go south on the tree instead of North. I'd even likely start as a Guardian instead for the Ally perks.

I think I should have asked "if you found a Baron and decided to use it, what would you do?" :)

Guardian is an interesting idea. I just peeked in the Templar forum, and it seems that Baron Guardian was a thing last league, but the belief is that the various zombie nerfs hurt the Guardian worse than the Necromancer, and so it's a dead build there.

Hey Everyone!

(I'll respond to guide replies in the next day or two...as fast as I can.) I just wanted to post to say that I hope everyone that celebrated Christmas had a great holiday. New Year's Eve is tonight for me (some of you may have already had it) and I hope that whether it's happened or not for you that you have a safe night.

Holidays of any kind can be really difficult for many people for any number of reasons. If you're one of them, take courage. All seasons of suffering pass. In the meantime, try to focus on the little things in life that make you smile. You are loved and watched over, even if it doesn't seem like it. One day, the pain will be a memory and you'll be able to help others that have suffered in a similar way...helping them see light at the end of their tunnel.

God Bless Everyone. I hope you're all well in heart.

First of, great guide, thanks!

I recently switched out the Fortify gem with Multistrike. It works great and really improves kill speed. I still lost no zombies so far. Since it's the same colour, it's easy to switch back and forth, so I would even recommend to add it as an alternative to the gems section.

W_o_D,
I concur.
Fortify maybe should be an alternative to Multistrike. Even in 3.9 I think it hurts more than helps.
I've read and followed your gospel and I believe this does not go against it. ;)

Also, thanks for turning me into a semi-pro zombie pimp! I'm still lurking around making my zombie ladies dance for orbs.

Zombie on!
