It doesn not. Came here to actually post this, cause it makes the jewel wasted in my opinion - sure you can proc it with flame dash but its not worth the points in my opinion.

I'm new to Poe and wanted to understand how you got the 100% crit chance, looking at the POB i didn't see Crit Chance either in the items or in the tree

whats the asp breakpoints?

im lvl 70 with 40%crit on cyclone how do i raise it? i see most of your items dont have crit modifiers and i dont see a lot of crit in the build also so i dont understand how you get to higher crit

also for now i dont even use the jewel for faster discharge because i cant create enough power charges (tho that might be linked to the fact i still dont have any of the unique items you reccomended ill buy them soon

(btw the discharge crit is like 60%)

I am currently thinking wether to buy devotion amulet or go with the volls protector.. Currently running power charge on crit on tabula, will i need power charge on crit with protector or does it benefit at all?

What do you think about using added lightning damage gem?

With my play style, I use flame dash quite often, so using Disorienting Display, is actually worth it imo.

We barely pick any crit nodes on tree. Only one that benefit Cyclone is Assasination. From there, we get our crit up with Increased Critical Strikes gem (preferably Level 20 with 20% quality), and ascendancy. Those combined, with Diamond flask and you are pretty much always crit capped.

Using lightning damage gem will mean, Elemental Equilibrium will have no effect, since you'll be making everything more resistant to lightning.

To Voll's Devotion or Voll's Protector - Definitely buy Voll's Protector first, it's great sustain for single target, and you always get power charge, compared to like 70% from gem only. As soon as you get 6l Voll's Protector, keep using Power charge on crit, since it's boosting your charge generation and you get 4% More damage per Power charge, which with 7 Power charges results in 28% More damage, which is really good.
