When I try to 'craft item' in PoB, and make a new wand, I'm getting surprising results for prefixes relative power. It looks like this:

#1 is T1 spell damage
#2 is T1 flat lightning damage to spells
#3 is +1 all skill gems
#4 is +1 lightning skill gems

So the 'ideal wand' in my situation won't even have +1/+1 gems. Am I missing something? This feels very weird.

In the pob i dont know why, my dmg go down like 5k with the rare.

Can u explain me that? im new with this build. Or u just take the rare for resis but losing dmg
