Even with the Sovereignty wheel and Influence wheel, it seems you can only keep up 10 mines at a time in your BL PoB specifically. Wouldnt reaching the 19 mine cap be important especially for bosses and how the way High-Impact Mine support aura (or any other mine-related aura) benefits from having more mines out?
