I would go The baron > Belt > Boots until you hit 1k of str, then weapon and work your way to changing to shapers touch,

Fair enough.

Still i really think he should upgrade boots and possibly belt before going for shapers touch.(only swap after he can keep the build over 1k str with shapers)
