[3.9] Animate Weapon Chains of Command powerful life flask Build /

Hi there,
I played around in PoB and converted your build to a necromancer.
According to PoB the only real losses you get when switching to necromancer are:
1. less flask charges gained and the ability to not consume charges is gone
2. a little less movement and attack speed (player)

But instead you gain:
1. around 130k more dps and 400 more life on the AW
2. nearly 30k more life on the AG
3. a nice boost to resist to make gearing easier
4. 150 more maximum life

Necromancer PoB:

Is flask sustain really that important? I think being able to burst down the enemies faster is more viable than having prolonged fights. Especially now since mobs and bosses got their life buffed quite significantly.

I would like to use this build as my next one and would like to hear your opinion about the viability of necromancer.

Thanks :D

Edit: Made a mistake in the tree. Now necromancer is even more enticing.

If all you ever want to do is farm maps then that's fine. If you want to do endgame bossing at all you're going to get screwed when you run out of flasks. Don't forget the weapons can die. It's not like damage is an issue.

Question for OP:

Why not Elemental Focus over Ruthless? Seems to just be straight up better.

The reason for choosing ascendant (necro + pathfinder).
I am the same as your opinion.

Why not use Elemental Focus for AW?
1) Minion cannot get Frenzy charge. (more damage, attack speed, movement speed)
2) Minion cannot get the culling strike.
Minions' Frenzy charge is very powerful.

My bad, I forgot Oro's relies on the ignites!

What are your thoughts on using Vaal Breach for bosses? I assume 90% of the time it's not needed because you just obliterate everything but it could be a useful gem swap for things like elder/atziri/etc?

I don't think accuracy matters. PoB has Animate Guardians Weapon at 100% hit rate all the time. Not sure if this is correct or not.

Thoughts on Inspired Learning? Not too expensive this league and apparently minions can get the auras which could be pretty insane.

I run purity of fire (8%) + elemental army (5%).

Then take the node that says 10% of life as extra ES + mask of the stitched demon. This results in about 10-15% life regen/second.

Infernal legion = -40% life/second.

Post mitigation = -4-5% life/second.

With life regen = +5-11% life/second.

I think oro's is the strongest in chains of command.
High DPS comes out at low cost.

I have never tested Vaal Breach.
May be useful with Uber atziri.
I will try Vaal Breach when I lose to Ubar Atziri.

I feel like I can fight with just a flask like this video.

I want to know Accuracy of Animate Guradian's Weapon.
Path of Building Fork supports chains of command.
https://github.com/LocalIdentity/PathOfBuilding/wiki/Installing-this-Fork
Looking at it, Animate Guradian's Weapon lv20 and Animate Weapon Gem lv20 have the same Accuracy.
I don't know if this Accuracy is correct.

When comparing normal Oro's and RT Oro's, I feel that normal Oro's is sometimes weak.
I don't know why.

I am now testing normal Oro's (implickt Attack speed).

Thank you for commentary and comment.
You're right.

Additional explanation
Infernal Legion Support
Minions from Supported Skills take 20% reduced Fire Damage
Meat Shield Support
Minions from Supported Skills take 24% less Damage

These two also work.
I have those itens that I was using on my necro, to be hones i dont want to spend more than 10ex (doesnt count my current gear) do you think it will be enough for the build?

Spoiler

Thanks

I don't think it's enough to fight the end game.
I think the farm can make a red map.
Helmets are a very important build.
If the helmet is weak, the AG will die.
Does AG really need resist gear ?

It has 40% base resist, with elemental army support and skill tree passive it will capped the elemental resist even without any gear

Does dps from infernal legion support really worth the 40% max hp fire damage? Can I change it into something more defensive like fortify support?

I don't know how much fire resistance I need.
AG has a 145% fire resistance.
Phoenix lowers its -50% fire resist.
elemental weakness is -34% elemental resist

Gemlinks with strong bosses think this is the best.
AG lv21-Infernal legion-Elemental army-Meat shield-helmet (minion life gem-socket minion gem +2 (3))
