bladestorm doesnt boost perforate speed. u gain speed boost for bladestorm itself only.
idk if its bugged right now or supposed to work like this.
i failed to fit bladestorm into this build, just using perforate for now, works fine so far (t14-15).

So far I've thought of maybe an Enduring Cry - Second Wind - Inc Duration - Manual Immortal Call, but I'm really not sure.
