SO, I am farily new to POE, and I have a question. You mention having your flame and chaos golem up all the time - but their definitions say you can only have one up at a time? What am I missing.

You get a 2nd one from elementalist ascendancy.

Thanks, I saw that after I did my first labrynth. Follow up question. The 2 ascendancy points I got only took me to "get a free passive point" - will my next run allow me to get to elementalist? and start the templar path? because if it takes 2 more points to get to elementalist I don't see how I will get to path of templar as well.

Yes. it's 3 for templar, 3 for witch and 2 more for path of templar. For most other classes it is 2+2+2+2. (inquisitor is a specialization of templar and consumes no points, similar with elementalist)

Hey.how about 3.8 ?

Seconded, curious how this is faring in 3.8. There seem to have been a lot of changes between 7 and 8.

I am playing it in 3.8 its ok. Damage is a bit low against Blight mechanic but its fine for everything else still so far for me.

Hey, apologies to you both! I haven't played 3.8 (yet) as I've been playing lots of WoW classic and don't have time with that on top of working. I'm very hype for exilecon and the 4.0 news, however, and I'll probably dip my head in soon and see the new changes/make amendments to the guide for 3.9!

You loot/purchase on of these prophecies (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Storm_Spire) and activate it and go and kill a boss in a map. :)
