[3.25] Scourge Arrow Poison Prolif Pathfinder - Fast, tanky, fun to play

Does anyone have a feeling we gain SA stages slower than in previous leagues ? I also noticed the base attack speed of the Ranger seems a bit slow , when i started it this league.
Sorry for a stupid question but how do we get 90% res? 75% base +5% from purity + 1% on a tree + 2% prismatic skin =83%? What else am I missing?
The Melding Flesh jewel is looking like it's on its way to be 1c.

Here is breakdown. Of course at the moment the quiver mod is just.... gone for some reason. So we are getting 88% max res instead of 90.

Its for +2 arrows for your ballistas what allows the pods from ballistas to cluster around your cursor. Normally when you have only 2 arrows and firing in V shape you still need to be fairly close to enemy because of the pod spread. But with +2 extra arrows on top your ballistas can be anywhere on screen really as the pods will just form a circle around your cursor.

what about simulacrum? can it do lvl30 simulacrum?
Is craft of exile out of date? I can not the right values of several modifiers, for example +3 max cold res on gloves (+2 is max on CoE) and 13% of phys dmg taken as cold on head (10% is max).

+3 is elevated modifier and 13% phys as cold is also elevated. The elevated helmet mod is required for 100% phys to chaos/ele (alternatively elevated body but that is harder). Alternatively you can also go for 4x phys taken as fire mod lethal pride what is theoretically possible but very unlikely.

Small build update:

- Switched from getting maxres on quiver to getting maxres on body via new
influence implicits. Maxres on quiver was deleted for some reason so its not
an option anymore, but at least crafting at least +2 max res body is not
super hard because of Essence of Horror on +2 max res base what is very
available on market and +3 is luxury.
