Any thoughts about amulet oil crafting?
I think the best budget-option is Aspect of the eagle, and the best endgame option is Spiritual Aid with bone helmet, or any huge hp boost like Discipline and Training.

For Now dont have more the mod "- mana cost" is only for non-channeling skills, what you need to do now for mana? make precision lvl 10 or lower?

Yeah, just grab the mana leech node on tree and use lover level precision. And then eventually migrate to - mana cost body armour.

Yeah aspect of eagle sounds good. For end game, my personal favorites are:

1. Cleansed Thoughts: Frees up a lot of affixes for chaos res
2. Soul fo Steel: Another huge source of damage reduction, so its great
3. Vitality Void: Sustain for this build can be sometimes an issue and VV completely solves that
4. Corruption: Pure damage
5. Golem's Blood: Same as vitality void, regen is always great and also has extra life (I personally prefer Golem's Blood over Discipline and Training)

What about new anoiting mechanics? What passvive to choose?

I will probably need some time to revisit the assassin pob, but at least so far from changes, for Assasin the new Blight body will be really good with this build as alternative to prolif and Asenath's Gentle Touch:

Check the leveling and gearing section. But tl:dr use Toxic Rain until maps.

Small build update:

- Replaced Death's Harp and Death's Opus with Stormcloud and Tempest in leveling section
- Added Lioneye's Glare as alternative to Darkscorn to leveling section

This change to leveling section is mostly because Darkscorn is rarer now (because of legion) and so you will be probably stuck with worse bow for a while, and Lioneyes is great for it's price.
