hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me understand crafting with this item.

I tried to augment attack via harvest craft for the Socketed Attacks have -15 to Total Mana Cost mod, but it said no valid crafts even though there is an open suffix.

Craft of exile says the mod should be a attack craft.

Well looking at your char, your recovery isnt very good as you are not using enduring cry, you are missing source of blind outside of sin's rebirth what isnt exactly reliable and also I don't see born of chaos so your chaos res is not 90%. And btw Unholy Might isn't very strong on this build so I would just dump Sin's Rebirth completely, most of your damage comes from flat chaos sources. Oh also no curse immunity, what is pretty important for 100% delirious maps.

As a Casual player I tend ti play most first week and only normally get 2-3 ex of currency per league.
