Hello, i got a questions.

Hmm i dont know why we use the scorge?? What we get from it, DMG only when we hit but we dont hit??

" If you use ball lightning instead of bane you could get the dmg buff, otherwise there isn't much benefit unless you are using speaker's wreath. In that case, you could socket a taunt on hit jewel for minions (spiders can't but wolves can) for some added defense. That's an entirely different build though. " I was using The Scourge when it was cheap because it was easy to get to Chimera and no one ever uses it, however with the Atlas changes it's not cheap until later into the league. Best to just use a rare scepter. My guides:

Ok... But i still dont get IT why we use IT?? We dont have offensive gems we only use minions in this build.. so i dont get what the scorge boots dmg- no speed-?? Bane dosent hit curses - no hit so scorge is shit??
