Sirus has no adds and doesn't really melee. If he's gonna beam your totems then at least he's not beaming you so I'd call that a win.

You only use totem on bosses and if they have add phases just respawn them after (they last 8 sec only anyway). You don't need it on small mobs, you can try withering step if you wanna wither small mobs.

The Empower Lvl 3 provides more power than efficacy lvl 20, it's not a slight difference either. I think you should if you can and just farm up till empower lvl 4 afterwards.

Wouldn't "Damage on Full Life" be a better support than Efficacy?
Not so sure about if it's better than Empower with +# bow.

Normal one for 10% inc aoe is fine. 21/0 is better than any 20/20 tho.

Replica conqueror's efficiency is a pretty good option right now if you can trade for one. (edit: previous poster said the exact same thing lol)

I used one of the small mana leech nodes around essence tap.
