[3.9] Physical Conversion Bowyer | Wander [TS/LA/IS + Barrage] [KB + Power Siphon] [All Content]
I did it, I fucking did it C': it was on my last portal, on my 3rd set so it's not that biggie but still. I got both of them to ~44% HP on my first portal, then the slam keeps fucking me up, while I die they poop degen ground to when I dive back in, I get fucking disintegrated. Damage is through the roof but I need to work on my mechanic and stop getting anxious lol, I keep thinking to myself that I need to be super active and move around with lightning speed, that's what got me killed in my few first tries. The zone is an X shape so I kept getting stuck at the v and ^ part, can't move, can't charge, can't dash so I took some balls to my face. I keep getting dizzy and my head is all messed up so I can't concentrate that great, not sure about that. Dash and Frostblink can provide great help too, when you're chilled, slowed Dash can still come through, when Shield Charge can't and you get a tick of invulnerablity too, you should definetly put them in as Utility Gem if there's available socket. https://pastebin.com/CRT5HMeb |

First of all, great Build i was allways in love with the "wanding" And this Build is really fun to play.
I think I´m at a point were my gear is descent enough to try Shaper but there es one point in your skilltree i don´t get. Why do i have to use Vaal Pact + the hybrid leech note. I tried to spec out auf this and have now one point in the mana leech directly above Primal Force. For me its the same. https://pastebin.com/ECs0R45E |

" We don't have a lot of life regen and we always degen with Blood Rage on so life regen is kinda useless, taking Vaal Pact is a nice defensive option because it boots our total life leech rate. That hybird leech (which will also help our mana issue, the build use +2 Mana Gain on Hit jewel and some leech to combat that), Blood Drinker and Blood Rage buff, we have 2% Attack Damage leech as Life and that's very decent. I persionally take Vaal Pact with Vitality Void for even more safety but you can spec out of that part, get one mana leech on the Essence Sap wheel (which you already did) and invest those 3 points into more damage or life. Enjoying the build greatly. Killed Uber Elder with voidfletcher at the start of the league and then wanted to try some wander action.
This is the first time I have invested this much currency into a character (not that much for more advanced players, of course). https://pastebin.com/pL8xRSp6 Any tips for next upgrades? I tested the shield for some crit, because my crit is very inconsistent. Probably next upgrades should be qualitying gems and lvl 21 cold damage? And if i take a look @ POB i see that my leech cap without VP ist 980 what i achive with ease by only picking Blood Drinker, even with VP (double leech cap to 1.9k) i still don´t need another leech note to reach this cap with one attack. But maybe i miss something?? |

" Yeah it was my bad, Blood Rage is Att. Physical Damage leeched as Life, not just generic att. damage. Blood Drinker and 2 T1 LGoH ring should carry your life sustain easily. I'm not the best at leech mechanic so I can't explain that to you right now. I took a look at your PoB, although I'm not OP but I can speak from my own experience, and I changed it a bit https://pastebin.com/xW4sGpDZ It's all around better while not losing too much, if not nothing. You can definetly do Shaper right now but there's some minor changes that will make your build better: I think you picked 2 passive points as your bandit choice, while that's decent, Alira will give you 45% total res and 20% crit multi which will help with your gearing and damage so you can change your bandit choice when you vendor 20 Regret Orbs and a Lapis Amulet. Get Energy Leech support gem, even a lvl 19/0 one will beat out lvl 19/20 Cold Pen. and it's only a 130% mana multiplier. You're always leeching ES if you use Blood Rage. You're 128% total res overcap with Taste of Hate/Dying Sun inactive, that's a lot of damage you're losing because you have so much useless suffixes being used for resistances instead of damage. This will require you to change most of your gear so save that for later, for now you can try get more 4-mod jewels that have %life and 3 damage mods. Get a Lethal Pride jewel, there's 2 places where you can place them: next to Heartseeker near Ranger or next to Alchemist near Witch, that jewel will give you a lot of STR and if you're lucky, useful stats If you do get a Lethal Pride, you'll have enough STR to level your CWDT Steelskin to 14/18, a lvl 10 Steelskin only absorb 464 damage (!), that's definetly not enough to make it useful. Maelstrom Glisten is a great jewel, you should get more of those. Those are my thoughts on what you can do, your setup right now can definetly do Shaper, but if you want to kill uElder, you'll need to READ THE GUIDE very CAREFULLY because EVERYTHING is explained there. " Energy Leech gem says: "Supported Skills have (1.5-1.9)% of Damage Leeched as Energy Shield" so your Barrage can leech ES, with Blood Rage active, your ES will always be at 0 ("You take 4% of your Maximum Energy Shield per second as Physical Damage") because you can't leech ES fast enough for it to fill up (leech stops when you reach full life/ES/mana), you will ALWAYS be leeching ES if you have Blood Rage on. Hey Enahkra, I was thinking about a Scion Wander for league start. My goal is able to all content, can skip all map mods and a wander.

My initial thought was Elementalist for ele reflect immune, Deadeye for +1 proj (and some accuracy) to compenstate for our Dying Sun. We will miss out on flask sustain and flask effect but the extra passive nodes will make up for our damage/survivability loss. I'm used to the RNG-based kind of defense so I'd like Phase Acro and a lot of Leech Rate. If things turn to shit I can still salvage the gear for a real Pathwander anyways so it's no biggie. Damage is quite similar in league start pob but I'm not sure how the build will perform in the long run. |
