" Gz on not bricking and saving 1 ex. And yes, attack speed on wand is a local modifier so it gives 3x more attack speed than the same value on any other gear piece. So a 12% attack speed roll is the same as ~36% attack speed on an amulet for example. The extra quality doesn't provide that much damage in comparison especially since this build isn't fully physical. There are other places to squeeze out damage per hit without as big of a tradeoff. KB damage will be mostly fine once you have your endgame setup, which is why it may be better gathering all or most of the gear before embarking on the build. You will have no problems one shotting magics and white mobs. The main problem is rare monsters, b/c GGG decided to double their life pool. This puts them out of KB's ability to one shot, so even focusing on KB damage won't solve this problem unless you spend hundreds of exalts or gimp our damage by quite a bit using 5-6 link KB. The only thing we can do is to wait for passive power creep. In the meantime most likely you will need to go up and barrage the rares real quick to finish them. People tell me they bring down the rares to 50%-30% life with KB and have to tap them with barrage to finish them off. To the persons who said the Legion boss is bugged for Barrage. Just KB her down if you know how to center up your KB it will hit almost all projectiles on her and take her out just as fast. To do that just have your courser on her and you further away so the spread lessens and hits her more. Idk why but shes just now evading my hits too and this has happened 3 times sense last night. If you have the damage on KB it works. If you don't then it might just take you longer to kill her. Hopefully your life-gain/leech is good enough. In the event room Barrage is it's usual self with her...A delete button! So this is a open world if you will bug.

i am currently building my gear and yoloed double T1, usable - even that its the dex base? and what would be optimal to craft?

" Def. usable. No idea what's optimal to craft honestly, but my guess would be life+min. frenzy+some other dmg mod I dunno. Get yourself a decent double dmg Lethal Pride.
