fps drops below 60 only when in action on low settings at 1080p, even with a RF build with no attack speed or casting speed.

PS. Fresh windows installation, i builded this machine 1 week ago.

In generally I get stutters, but no crashes. I can tell almost instantly when I enter a map if there is betrayal because of the frame lag.
