Syndicate Freezes, Stutters/Drops Frames Severely

None on the moment

My system will slow down to maybe 1-3 FPS when it spawns. Standalone client. 2 - Samsung 960 EVO 500GB NVME drives in RAID 0 so I know it's not drive performance.

This will last 3-4 seconds till things catch up. No other slowness issues in the game.

2-4 seconds, really ?
I would be glad to have that low freeze time.
If i encounter intervention i literally freeze untill im dead and they disapear. Everything else runs smoothly.
Really this is a common issue.
I play since act 3 was realeased first and i NEVER had this kind of frustration.
It really is kinda time to fix this, it is not just out there since yesterday.
