Edit: found post about it with confirmation from GGG. Says only works with x2 veils but i'm sure it worked with single veils too, or i somehow managed to get super lucky with 3 in a row

yeah man thanks for help, iam sure you didnt come to fuck me up with this hahaha, anyway i found guy selling crafts. he had lots of supporter packs and challenge level 38 so thought he's legit. he crafted it so iam done with this bullshit. this seems like mechanic that is really stupid, like you need IT THAT FLED and ON lv75 or above and to drop unveiled one hand weapon or shield AND to get that mod, so many factors, i barely got lv3 on harbour bridge

According to my experience and to wiki you need to move Aisling* to Research division (make him rank 3 and leader of the division if possible - leaders have rewards doubled).

Once you have done it (and before raiding the house) prepare any ilvl 75 1h weapon and bcos this mod is prefix all suffix mods should be blocked (He can´t offer you suffix modifiers and I would aim for two open prefix modifiers if possible bcos there´s a chance you can add more Veiled mods on an item - with higher rank member).

That´s how I got +1 totem shield (at first try but maybe I was lucky … there are more mods you might get).

yeah, i had 3 suffixes but yeah 2 prefixes so i blocked outcome for 2nd veiled :P

anyway imo its waste to have aisling as top position and have it that fled which brings in nice profit and aisling at rank3 for chance to get the mod, anyway i dont know how she interacts with IT THAT FLED mods
